Heart surgery isn't that bad?

Around this time last year my world came crashing down. All because of something that MIGHT run in the family. My dad wasn't feeling too good one night so he went to go lay to see if it would help. He then realized that he had massive chest pains and they were not going away. He then called my mom up (they are divorced) and told him what was wrong him. These are the exact words my mom said to my dad "Mark, I think you need to go to the hospital because this could be something very serious" The next they know their own their way to Saint Vincents hospital. A few days later my mom got a call from my dad saying "this is it" There is only a 20% chance of him staying on this Earth. He wanted my mom to tell us kids that he wasn't going to make it and that he says 'goodbye'. I would never forget the words he told me on the phone "Hey baby girl, this may it but I want you to remember that you deserve the world, and that nobody can hurt you if I don't make out I want you to know that I will be waiting for you at heavens gate." After we hung the phone I cried my self to sleep for 3 days wondering how in the world can I live without my best friend. On a Tuesday afternoon in eighth grade. I got a call telling me about my dad, I remember sitting there in my chair crying with my friend Aja saying "Omj! he didn't make it, noo!" But then they said my dad came out FINE I was the happiest girl on the planet. and I still am I thank god everyday for him still being here and him for protecting him and my family. Because without them I wouldn't be here today. This had me thinking the song "Heart surgery isn't that bad" by Jeffree Star is true because my dad did have heart surgery and it wasn't bad at all, in fact it was great because he is here today. And happier then ever except the fact that the economy is so bad he is without a job. I love him more thenanything :DD
